Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance Company Australia Pty Ltd (Adica) ABN 11 132 524 282 partners with Toyota Financial Services Australia, Toyota Motor Corporation Australia and the Toyota Dealer Network to offer a suite of motor vehicle specific insurance products to the public under the Toyota Insurance, Lexus Insurance and PowerTorque Insurance brands. The Toyota Insurance suite of insurance products currently comprises Comprehensive Motor Vehicle, Finance Protection, Finance Gap, Extended Warranty and Novated Lease Protection Insurance and is one of the most successful motor vehicle manufacturer’s branded insurance programs in Australia. Adica also has a Japanese Interests Abroad (JIA) division which provides insurance services to Japanese corporate clients, insurance cover for the Toyota Dealer Network, and motor fleet insurance programs for the Toyota Motor Fleet and associated companies.

In a competitive marketplace where insurers are utilising distribution channels as diverse as supermarkets to sell their insurance products, Adica’s insurance products for new and used vehicles have been principally marketed through the Toyota Dealer Network. Adica also administer online applications for their insurance products which are made available via the Toyota website, Toyota Dealers websites and the Toyota Financial Services website.
